The causes of panic attacks are:
1. Biological conditions. Panic attacks are caused by conditions such as hypoglycemia, compulsive disorder, and post traumatic stress.
2. Phobias. Another cause of panic attacks are caused by things you fear most. If you're afraid of public speaking, you will probably have a panic attack when asked to speak in front of a large group of people.
3. Heredity. If one of your family members suffers from panic attacks, you have a good chance of suffering from the disorder as well.
Now that you know the causes of panic attacks, you need to know the symptoms. So, what I'm going to do is list some symptoms of panic attacks you should be aware of.
The symptoms of panic attacks are:

Xanax is known throughout as an effective minor tranquilizer and the use of xanax tranquilizers or xanax-like tranquilizers, such as Ativan, Klonopin, valium et al in according to the instructions provided by the doctor, can be helpful for you to combat anxiety and panic attacks. Altogether, it is worth mentioning here that the short term use of Xanax and similar other tranquilizers can be soothing but opting for xanax and other tranquilizers for a long term basis can prove to be detrimental for health. http://www.xanax-effects.com /
